VISA SUPPORT SERVICE

All UK citizens visiting Russia, Belarus, Mongolia and China require a visa that must be obtained in the UK before travel. British nationals do not need a visa to visit Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland and Ukraine.
The Russian Travel Company offers a visa support service, saving you the
time and effort involved in the lengthy visa application process. A charge
is made for this service. We recommend that you leave three weeks to process
visas on our Standard Service. We also offer a Rapid Service (approximately
two weeks) and an Express Service (approximately one week) at additional
cost.
We will need to receive your passport, completed and signed visa application
form, one recent passport-sized photograph stapled twice to the upper-right
corner of the application form and proof of travel insurance not more than
three months, and not less than three weeks in advance of travel. We will
provide all relevant supporting documents ie. voucher and confirmation as
part of our Visa Service.
A full valid original 10-year passport with at least one blank page is
required for all travelers. However, if infants and children are on their
parents' passport (where it is still valid), they may still travel on this
passport providing the parent is also traveling.
If your passport shows you are a British Subject rather than a British
Citizen, or if you are a citizen of a country other than Great Britain you
are advised to check with the relevant embassy/consulate since entry
conditions may vary.
For all visas, passports should be valid for at least six months beyond your
return holiday date. Russian visas require at least one empty page. Visas
for China and Belarus require one completely empty page for their visa
stamps.
For visa applications to more than one country please notify us at least two
months in advance of travel.
If you require a visa and your application is refused or delayed for any
reason by the authorities, thus delaying or preventing departure then the
Russian Travel Company will not be liable for any costs incurred, or for any
changes to the arrangements or loss due to cancellation.
We recommend that you carry photocopies of your passport and visas, kept
separately to the originals.
